The local tax of 0,70€/person/night is not included in the rate; it will be settled upon check-out.
Rates include breakfast served from 8.30 to 10am, as well as:
- access to the heated pool when open
- access to the gym
- access to the library
- access to the relaxation room, sauna, and spa upon reservation
- use of bikes and kayak based on availability
- private parking and electric vehicle charging station.
Your stay
Arrival / departure time
- We will welcome you on the day of your arrival between 5 and 7pm. We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11am on the day of departure.
- We can store your luggage upon request.
Precisions about the rooms
- Our rooms are designed for two guests only. We do not propose the addition of extra beds in the rooms.
- The rooms Le Sinagot and Le Forban can be connected so as to accommodate 4 guests.
- The Suite Le Langoustier is designed to host 4 guests.
- The amenities of La Villa du Guern are not adapted for children below the age 4. Regretfully, we cannot host children below the age 4. During their stay, children remain under the entire responsibility of their parents.
Precisions about the Inn
- The interior of the Villa is a nonsmoking space.
- Pets are not permitted in the Villa.
Other services
We will do our best to fulfill your reservations for other services, such as cruises, yoga classes, etc…
Terms and conditions for booking and cancelling our rooms
A booking becomes effective after receipt of a deposit by bank check, wire or credit card equivalent to 50% of the amount of your stay. The remainder will be paid at your arrival.
Conditions of change or cancellation
The modification or cancellation of a reservation has to be confirmed in writing by postal or electronic mail. Such modification or cancellation becomes effective upon confirmation by La Villa du Guern through email.
We will do our best to accommodate your request to modify the dates of your stay. However, should the Inn be fully booked for the new dates, you may have to cancel your reservation.
Partial or full cancellation
- more than 30 days prior to your arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of the amount of your stay is applied to the deposit which is credited back.
- between 15 and 30 days before the date of your arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to the 50% deposit is charged.
- less than 15 days prior to the arrival date, in case of no-show or shortened stay, the full amount of the stay is charged.
